"Migrating to PHP 5.3" webcast

php|architect is currently hosting a weekly series of free webinars, leading up to Code Works 09. Code Works is a touring PHP conference that will take place in seven cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Washington, and New York) starting September 22. By the way, I will be part of the tutorial team, together with my two thePHP.cc partners Arne and Sebastian. That said, you should definitely not miss out on Code Works 09!

But I’m getting slightly off topic here. I was invited by php|architect to give a webinar presentation titled Migrating to PHP 5.3. I will speak briefly about some of the most exciting new features in PHP 5.3, show some example code, and then provide the audience with some tips and tricks on how to successfully plan, prepare, and complete the migration from any older PHP version to PHP 5.3. I might actually also mention my book on PHP migration once or twice.
